Once again the wild and mental Britney Spears has failed to regain visitation rights to see her two children. In a closed court hearing on Tuesday, Los Angeles California Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon ruled against changing a previous order banning Spears from seeing her kids.The Toxic singer lost the right to spend time with her kids last month after a breakdown at her Beverly Hills mansion at the end of a scheduled visit, which resulted in a three-hour police stand-off. Ferderline and Spears were not at the court hearing.
